REQUIRE MY DOCTOR - WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I recently received a statement from my doctor and it obviously states that I need a client ID to complete the payment. However, I can't seem to locate this ID anywhere. I've checked my records thoroughly but it's just not there. Does anyone guide me on how to obtain this client ID so I can resolve my balance? Veradigm's Pay My Doctor Feature V
